The very famous Panch Mahapurusha Yoga where the Planets apart from the Sun and the Moon, are in their own signs or in exaltation in the Kendra or the Quadrant from the Lagna/Ascendant, and any other yogas as a matter of fact, don’t work in transit and are applicable in the natal horoscope ONLY(by birth).
There’s no such mention of this rule that these yogas work in Transits as well, in our classical texts written by our esteemed sages. There’s no mention in any of the Nadi Astrology Texts as well which are over 18 in number. A few to mention are
Agastya Nadi
Dhruv Nadi
Shiv Nadi
Saptarishi Nadi
Bhrigu Nandi Nadi…
No such mention of this rule of transit at all.
One must stick to the basics and use their wisdom before adopting these rules. One must as an Astrologer or a student of Astrology, should see the basic Promise of the event first(marriage, childbirth, etc) and then the Dasha and Transit which are just the tools of the timing of any of the event, later as to when the event will take place. If someone is born with any of the yogas, and in transit as well that particular-yoga is forming, only then does the effect gets triggered and not otherwise, no event gets generated just because of the Dasha and Transit and no single yoga or a single planet can ever cause an event, it’s always a combination that leads to any event in a horoscope…In my Transit videos also, I always mention that the same.
I want explain this with the help of an example, in the year 1955, there were three planets exalted in the sky Jupiter Saturn and in April even Sun, thus the Panch Mahapurusha would have given the positive results for good 30 months related to Saturn and one year related to Jupiter for those who were not even born with these yogas, isn’t it? But how is that possible, so we must understand that none of the yogas work in transit…
Similarly, Saturn transiting through Libra or Capricorn becomes strong and forms Sas yoga but thats illogical and irrelevant to say that it will be giving great results to the Movable signs (Ascendants Aries, Cancer Libra or Capricorn ) only in TRANSIT and the rest of the Signs will not get good results at all on these basis…surely lots will depend upon as to where your natal Saturn is, whether you are under the phase of Sade Sati, kantak Shani, etc etc ( in Transit also)…so the whole phase should be good or bad for the whole 29 months depending upon these yogas… which actually can’t work in Transit for this reason only… also D9 or the Vargas are just the divisions of D1 and not independent charts thus natal chart is the most important…
One must be wise to decipher and understand what the classical texts have mentioned before reaching to any conclusion. I myself won’t speak of anything which is not mentioned in our classics.( prashari or Nadi)
